Identification and detoxification of AFB1
According to the conservation of mass law, the total amounts of AFB 1 in the deacidified oil, colloidal impurities and soap stock were significantly less than the fortified AFB 1 content in the crude peanut oil (P < 0.01, n = 3), indicating that most AFB 1 (about 87.91%) was transformed into other components, and AFB 1 transformation mainly occurred during deacidification phase.
After sedimentation, the crude oil is pumped into the frame filter for filtration, and the filtered product oil will be filled and packaged by a filling machine to form superfine fragrant peanut oil products (Fig. 3.9).
